Ministry Home Care - Hospice Services
Providing Care to Everyone, Regardless of Ability to Pay
As part of our mission, Ministry Home Care provides hospice care to everyone who is medically eligible, regardless of their ability to pay. While some hospice funding is provided by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance companies, some people are under-insured or uninsured, with no ability to pay at all; Ministry Home Care will not turn these people away. All of our patients receive the same care, regardless of their pay or source.
We rely on the generosity of individuals, organizations and businesses to support this important mission. Every dollar given helps us provide care to people in this local area. Funding for room and board at hospice homes is separate from the care of the team. For these costs, there is no funding through Medicare, Medicaid, or most private insurance companies. That cost is covered by the patients and their families. We do not deny lodging to any hospice patient who needs it, so your generosity helps with that as well.
Your gift of cash, stock, life insurance, or other planned gift can make a huge difference in the lives of those in Central Wisconsin. All funds designated for this agency are used for the care of patients and families served by this agency.
To ensure that your gift remains tax deductible, and will help meet the needs of hospice patients and their families in this area, please make your check payable to Foundation of St. Joseph's Hospital - Hospice and send to:
